Western Farm Machinery are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated salesperson to join our Tottenham Branch.

Our dealership sells a wide range of agricultural machinery and will allow you to sell some of the leading agricultural brands in Australia, from mowers all the way to combine harvesters.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Western Farm Machinery sales, building lasting relationships with customers.
• Support customers through from enquiry to sale and beyond. Liaising with our service specialists to provide the best customer experience.
• Assisting customers with financing options.
• Maintaining and updating customer records using our dealer management system - Auto-IT.
• Conducting hands on machinery demonstrations in the yard and in the field.
• Engaging and taking the time to sharpen your industry knowledge through training and practical application.
• Take initiative to drive sales in your area.

Required skills

• No prior sales experience is required, however an understanding of the agricultural industry and operational practices is much preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated you will work as part of a team but will be the only salesperson based in Tottenham.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be computer literate, not necessarily with Auto-IT but with Microsoft Office functions.
• Full Australian drivers license.
• Full working rights in Australia (permanent work rights with no restriction).
