Located in Warren (remote considered) - Visiting all 3 branches


What You’ll Be Doing

As our Office Administrator, you will be a key part of the Gilgandra office, responsible for:

  • Managing administration for front-of-house and customer enquiries (in person and over the phone)
  • Providing administrative support to the Branch Manager and service teams
  • Data entry, record keeping and filing
  • Processing invoices, quotes and basic accounts tasks
  • Coordinating communication between departments and external partners
  • Supporting reception duties and general office tasks


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
