Administrator / Parts Assistant

Located in Gilgandra, NSW


Western Farm Machinery are urgently seeking an organised, proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time administrator.

Working with a smaller team the role will require you to have a can-do attitude and be willing to help out the parts team, serving or providing help to customers if other parts members are busy. 

 

Key responsibilities

  • Manage incoming telephone calls, emails and mail. 
  • Providing a warm and polite service to customers.
  • Must be willing to work as part of the team, assisting Parts when necessary.
  • Streamlining and organising the administration processes, making sure creditor invoices, statements and customer invoices are all sent out / paid in a timely manner.
  • Office management, making sure office supplies are fully stocked.


Required skills

  • Previous experience in an administration role preferred but not essential.
  • Prior parts experience would be a bonus but not an essential – training will be provided.
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills, being able to prioritise and handle high volume phone calls.
  • Computer literate with excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to work full time 8.30-5pm on site in Gilgandra.
  • Full working rights in Australia (permanent work rights with no restriction).
